These Terms govern your use of the HomeBinder Pro website and digital products. By accessing the site or purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms.
Digital products: HomeBinder Pro products are delivered electronically. No physical binder or other physical item is shipped. Product descriptions identify the files included and the supported ways to use them.
License: Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use by one household. You may print and create working copies for that household. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, or use the files commercially.
Intellectual property: All product content, branding, layouts, and website materials are owned by or licensed to HomeBinder Pro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Home information disclaimer: HomeBinder Pro provides organizational tools and general information, not legal, financial, insurance, construction, safety, or professional maintenance advice. Follow manufacturer instructions, local requirements, and qualified professional advice. You are responsible for decisions involving your home.
Availability and changes: Products and website content may be updated, corrected, changed, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts are made to keep files available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, HomeBinder Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved.
Acceptable use: Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content unlawfully.
Governing terms: Purchases processed through Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad's checkout and platform terms. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location are not limited by these Terms.

Because HomeBinder Pro sells downloadable digital files, purchases are generally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
Please contact us within 14 days if you were charged more than once, received the wrong files, cannot access your purchase, or a file is materially defective. We will first provide replacement files or technical help. When the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, a refund may be issued through the original payment method.
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind, failure to read the product description, lack of compatible software or equipment, or accidental deletion after successful delivery. This policy does not limit any refund or consumer right required by applicable law.
To request help, use the Contact Us form at gethomebinderpro.com and include the email address used at checkout and your order details. Do not send payment-card information.
